Registration is now open for participants for CCS2023 in April. We are processing pre-application reservations only at this point and will open formal registrations once we’ve confirmed the events place and time. Pre-applications will be processed in the order they’re received and we will contact you at the email address you provide in the form below. Registration will not be final until we’ve received a signed registration form and table fees, and we have contacted you to confirm your final reservation.
The show will once again be held at the West Sacramento Community Center at 1075 W. Capitol Ave, West Sacramento, CA
The show will be held on Saturday, April 15th 2023.
Table fees will remain the same as they were last year.
– $15, 3 ft. Shared Space
– $25, 6 ft. Space
– $20(each,) additional 6 ft. Spaces
Participants will need exhibitor passes to present at the show. Each 6 ft. Space comes with 2 passes (1 for 3 ft. shared space.) If you need more passes to accomodate your team, additional passes are $5 each.
Early Bird tickets are on sale now through Jan. 31st for $10. After that, General Admission online will be $15 through Midnight on the day of the show. Tickets at the door will be $20. Kids 12 are under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Developers, artists, and vendors will get one or more exhibit space(s) each with a 6″ folding table and chairs. Power to the table will be available on request.
Sacramento Developer Collective takes public health and safety very seriously and we want only the best experience for our participants and our guests. We constantly monitor public health guidelines and we will follow all federal, state, and local public health regulations. We also ask that our participants and guests do the same.
